The Saint Michael School Extended Day program offers your child a comfortable, safe environment that extends outside of your child’s standard school hours. We offer the children a wide range of activities including arts & crafts, outdoor play, library time, games, and dramatic arts that will enhance his/her social and emotional growth. Children will also be given the opportunity to finish homework, enjoy a book, or just take advantage of some quiet time under the supervision of our qualified staff.

Teachers and Staff

We have a gifted, caring, and supportive team of teachers who assist our students in maximizing their potential. Our staff includes resource teachers, learning specialists, and classroom aides. All classroom teachers are certified with the Massachusetts Department of Education. It is our goal to offer an exceptional education where diversity of learning styles and individual differences are respected.

Parent Involvement

Since we believe that parents are our partners, we have an open-door policy and welcome feedback and suggestions. Our active Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) works hard to raise money and provide educational enhancements for our school. All parents are invited to join and participate in the PTO, but fundraising is strictly voluntary and not required by the school.
