With love, Mrs. Judith Beaudry and family

Parish Notes ¯

Baseball Game - Join St. Michael’s parish on Friday, June 20th, as the New Hampshire Fisher Cats take on the Portland Sea Dogs (future Red Sox Stars). Price is $15, which includes box seats and bus transportation. Sign up at the Pastoral Center.

Friendly Drivers - The St. Michael's Friendly Drivers program is in desperate need of drivers. You can choose the rides you would like to give, when it fits your schedule. You could give as little as one or two rides per month, and it would be a huge help to one or two seniors in our community. All rides are local – usually just a couple of miles away Just make a call to the pastoral center and tell them you would like to be a friendly driver. Or e-mail Sue Magaletta at suemag@comcast.net. You will receive an e-mail with ride requests each week and you can choose any you would like to take. Bet you didn't know it was that easy to become an angel!

Vacation Bible School is back again for another exciting summer! If you are looking for a wonderful experience for your children this summer, please consider enrolling them in VBS "Vacation Bible School" the week of July 28th to August 1st  from 9 to noon each day. This year’s theme is "Son World: The Adventure Park VBS" where the children will join us for a thrilling ride learning more about Jesus. VBS is offered to all the surrounding churches and will be held at the Free Christian Church in Andover. Last year we had a group of children and adults participate in VBS and everyone LOVED IT! The theme of an adventure park will appeal to all children. The emphasis is on fun, games, music, snacks while growing their faith in a very powerful way. The cost is only $35.00 per week. For information and registration, please go to www.andovervbs.com. Questions? Contact Bonnie Spurr at 978-682-9484 or email her at bonniespurr@verizon.net. Community Notes ¯

"Reeling in a Dream" Fishing Derby - Saturday, June 7, 8 to 4, Brooks School, Shore and Boat Categories, prizes, fun, GREAT cause - Please support the Timothy P. Roberts "Reeling In A Dream" Fund. This fund was founded by family and friends following Tim's death on August 25th, 2005 after a year long battle with esophageal cancer. He was 22 years old. Throughout his struggle, Tim showed amazing compassion for fellow cancer-stricken young adults. His oft-spoken desire was to provide other young adults with little things that would make a big difference toward making their lives fun, easier and satisfying in the face of their illness. While Tim did not see his dream realized, the Funds' goal is to fulfill his dream and more importantly, the dreams of others. Log on to www.reelinginadream.org or visit Treadwell's Ice Cream at Smolak Farms to register. (The Fund is administered by the staff of Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and one hundred percent of each donation goes directly to the Fund. A committee of family and friends have formed "TRAC", Timothy Roberts Advisory Committee, to oversee local activities to raise awareness and funds for "Reeling In A Dream".)
