Mrs. Rich - Classroom Aide
I fell in love with St. Michael School as a parent many years ago. Both my children received a challenging academic education along with lots of opportunities to build their self-confidence in many different extra activities. My daughter graduated in 2006 and is currently a college sophomore and my son graduated in 2010 and is currently a sophomore in high school.
I started in public school assisting in a kindergarten classroom. Shortly, after I worked at the Merrimack Montessori School in Haverhill starting a Pre-Montessori Program for children ages 2.9 to 3.1. I then worked at St. Augustine School in Andover as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher. Over the years at St. Michael’s I have been a chaperone, a volunteer and a substitute teacher for the last four years throughout the school. I have even helped out Mrs. Hughes in the Extended Day Program on occasion.
You may have also seen me in and around the building helping with the Got-Book Donation Bin, Mrs. Rogge or purging the basement. This year I will be assisting the wonderful Kindergarten teachers, Mrs. Dore, Mrs. McCarthy and Mrs. Puglisi in their classrooms. I look forward to supporting, encouraging and assisting the children in Kindergarten. I am so grateful for the opportunity to spend time and share my love of learning with your children..
I live in Merrimac, MA with my husband of 22 years, Don and our two fabulous children along with our dog Finn. I feel fortunate and excited to be able to work with your children each day and I’m looking forward to a fabulous year.
