St. Michael’s Kindergarten holds a very special place in my heart.  In 1979 the first “K” opened with me as the teacher.  After 32 years I made a very large decision.  I decided to retire from Kindergarten but not from St. Michael’s School.  I am very much looking forward to my new position, which is to assist Mrs. Beaudry and Mrs. Sleight, our wonderful first grade teachers.  Proud moments in my career include certification in three states, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.  I authored and illustrated the children’s book “Christopher’s Super Awesome Day”, been published in the teachers periodical, “Mailbox, The Idea Magazine For Teachers”, and been nominated twice to “Who’s Who Among American Teachers”.
